A FIRST LOOK THAT WILL BRING YOU TO TEARS | RACHEL + ANDREW | GREENHOUSE TWO RIVERS

Rachel and Andrew had one of the most emotional first looks I’ve ever experienced. So much so that I cried (which almost never happens). The rest of the relaxed and intentional day was spent laughing and celebrating their love for each other and the Lord. Huge shoutout to my beautiful friend Abigail. She’s normally their photog, but put her camera down for the day (minus a few shots here and there) to be one of Rachel’s bridesmaids. If it weren’t for her, I would have never met the incredibly kind and giving people that Rachel and Andrew are.

“We met at The Springs Church in the fall of 2015. Neither one of us at that time, would have guessed we would end up husband and wife. I was a night school student at Drury University, and he was finishing his last year at College of the Ozarks and interning as a worship leader at The Springs. The following summer we began leading worship for the youth group together. That is where our friendship started.. We became best friends, and would spend many evenings over the next 2 years after praise practice drinking coffee and talking for hours. Little did we know, the Lord was building a long lasting friendship and relationship over those 2 years. We both were crushing but were cautious to take our friendship further, despite everyone around us asking why we were not dating. After many talks of possibly dating, we finally decided to start dating late Fall of 2017. We both realized how easy it was to be with one another and not only did our friendship grow deeper but our love for one another grew deeper. We can only give credit to Christ for the relationship we have and that the Lord continues to build and grow. We say all the time, it's amazing how we continue to fall deeper and deeper in love with one another each day. Only because of Christ's love for us are we able to love one another the way we do. We both are thankful the Lord chose each of us, two imperfect people, for one another. We are ecstatic to live a life devoted to Jesus, following Him and sharing the Gospel, the Love of Christ knowing we can only do that in His strength.”

Rachel and Andrew,

Thank you for trusting me with your memories. For lots of laughter and fun coffee dates with your mom (seriously love your mom so much). You have so many friends and family that love and support you! Keep chasing the Lord and loving others.

xoxo,

Kyndal

“Stay calm. Make decisions together. Don't sweat the little stuff, because by the end of that day, even if the flowers don't turn out or the cake is ruined, you will be husband and wife. That is the most important. And your life together as husband and wife is so much more important and beautiful than your wedding day.”
