“The first time we met was in the hallway of our high school. I (Kyndal) was 14 and Trey had just turned 16. We were introduced by a mutual friend. There was really just an instant connection between us. We became friends immediately and we would text and call each other all the time and try to see each other at school as much as we could. Our first real date was to the movies probably about a month after we met. We were both really nervous. But we just kind of instantly clicked. We both knew we had something special right away. We were very young when we started dating so we have definitely had our ups and downs over the 8 years that we have been together but we were always able to find our way back to one another.”
